What can I say, it been 19 years 2 months that was last updated on this long forgotten website that I created prior to my meeting my wife. It was first created on September 1997 when I've recovered from a terrible illnes where my doctor diagnosed that I could be infected with Hepatitis A and causes my healthy part of liver (size of Singapore 50 cent coin).. scary.. right? He further told me that I'd to be warded for 10 straight days and my food will be challenging but I got to consume and ENSURE I digest it. If not then I'll lose 1 kg per day for next 10 days. 

Ironically, his prediction was as precise as atomic clock timing, I lose 10 kgs and from 65kg to 55kg and also said that if I continue losing weight thereafter from 10th day onwards then I'm doomed and I've to resign my healthy life away and start to think what I'd done to deserve this and not to regret but counting my days .. tik tok like a clock!
